This way, you cannot change your mind!

Encourage a friend to stop with you.
Peer support is effective at sustaining behaviour change.

Remind yourself of the reasons why you want to stop smoking
and think about your great progress so far.
Try this at the start of each day,
it will reinforce positive thinking and aid motivation.
